Deck the halls with LOT OF CHRISTMAS DECORATIONS! FA LA LA LA LAAAAA LA LA LA LAAAAA! People always like to tell you that it’s too early to put your Christmas decorations up, so when is the correct time for decking the halls?
I have of course taken it upon myself to put together a very serious infographic the suggest when you should be putting up your Christmas decorations.
So really as soon as December hits I say go for it! After Thanksgiving seems to be the GO date for most, once that has passed it is acceptable to decorate for Christmas. But do you know what, if you enjoy decorating your house and want to spread some Christmas cheer then GO DECORATE!
Ours tends to be up the first full week in December. It hasn’t come down from the loft yet but we want it up as soon as possible so we can get the pup used to it and train it to not attack the baubles.
Here in the Philippines, as soon as it hits September, the Christmas decors are up and children go from house to house for Christmas carols 😀
I love the infographic omg :’) As an American, I definitely think that the weekend of Thanksgiving is the best & most acceptable time to go get your tree, and “deck the halls”!
Great infographic! I always wait until at least after Thanksgiving. Usually the weekend after Thanksgiving, my decorations go up.
