Who doesn’t love a good, uplifting Christmas film?! They make me feel all festive and happy and I can’t not enjoy a few as it comes closer to Christmas Day. A few years ago I wrote about the good, the bad and the ugly Christmas films, so I thought it was about time to update the list with some newer releases I’ve been loving!

- Follows multiple different storylines coming together, love actually style
- Has something for everyone with the varying plot lines

- The animated parts are so stunning and you can see years of work have gone into them
- Has some funky music
- Steampunk setting with a fantastic array of costumes
The Man Who Invented Christmas
- Charles Dickens’ story of writing A Christmas Carol
- A brilliant balance of funny and serious
- Gives some background to the well loved story
The Christmas Chronicles
- A modern classic of Christmas films
- The perfect Christmas adventure
- Includes the perfect level of Christmas magic

I also quite love the « newer » from last year’s animated grinch.. most definately because Max looks like a brown dachshund!! 😅 but the bigger moose definately takes his part too ahah
