I love mornings like this 💛

I finished my second @delilahsdawson book this morning, Guillotine and I loved it! My eyes were glued to the page for this eat the rich horror. I adored Bloom last year and now with this being another top rated book for me, I think I may have just found a new auto buy author 👀

This book was only just over 200 pages but it really packs a punch, it’s a brilliantly gory horror that shows how ultra rich live and pulls apart the pedestal on which they stand. Excellent book, brilliant writing, highly recommend!

Last month Jacob surprised me with a trip to a hob Last month Jacob surprised me with a trip to a hobbit hole and oh my god it was such a perfect place to stay! He also chose this as the spot to propose to me which makes it even more special 💛

I’ve always been a huge Lord of the Rings fan so I was nerding out over every little detail here, and there were lots! The hosts of this hobbit hole really outdid themselves from the hand painted walls to the books and decor. It was perfect!

Here’s a little look at our stay 🌿
Last week we were on a roadtrip through the Scotti Last week we were on a roadtrip through the Scottish Highlands and the Isle of Mull. We saw rain for the first time in months, green grass, rowed a boat, met some wee coos and had cocktails the size of our heads.

Twas an excellent trip, here’s a little scrapbook glance at what we got up to 📸
Here’s a little look at what I got up to in Scotla Here’s a little look at what I got up to in Scotland last week 🌿 🌲

My book of choice for the trip was the @owlcrate edition of A Stage Set for Villains which really fitted the vibes of the weird but brilliant little cabin we stayed in at the start of our trip. I didn’t get to read too much on the trip, but the first 100 pages or so have definitely hooked me on this one!

This was such a beautiful trip, I love being in the highlands so much, it’s always so calming. I hope you liked seeing our trip! ⛰️
